Corrugated, trapezoidal and IBR roof and wall sheets off one line. This roof sheet roll forming machine carries three separate forming decks, so you can run three different profiles off the same frame without swapping tooling between jobs. It handles 0.3–0.8 mm aluzinc, galvanised and colour-coated coil at 10–15 metres a minute, with hard-chrome-plated forged steel rollers, a 350H steel frame and a Delta PLC touch screen that lets you set sheet length and batch quantity and walk away. Two 5-ton manual decoilers and a spare parts box come with it. You pick the three profiles you want and the rollers are cut to your panel drawings before the machine is built.
English Manual & Setup Video Included — the machine ships with a full English operating manual and a setup video walking through installation and first run. Some control panels carry the original Chinese legends alongside the English ones, so the manual maps every button and setting — you are not left guessing at a keypad.
Three forming decks in one machine — Three complete roller sets are stacked in a single frame, each set up for a different panel profile — corrugated on one deck, trapezoidal or IBR on the next. Switching from one profile to the next is a machine setting, not a tooling change, so short runs stop being expensive.
Your profiles, your drawings — The rollers are cut to the panel drawings you supply before the machine is built. Corrugated, trapezoidal, IBR or a mix — you choose the profiles and the feed and cover widths.
Delta PLC touch-screen control — Set sheet length and batch quantity on the screen and the line cuts to length and counts automatically. Automatic and manual modes, and the interface language is selectable on the first screen.
Built for a production floor — 350H steel main frame with 16 mm side plates, 75 mm shafts and 45# forged steel rollers finished in hard chrome. The hydraulic cutting blades are Cr12 tool steel. This is a machine built to run shifts, not a light-duty former.
10 – 15 metres a minute — Runs 0.3–0.8 mm aluzinc, galvanised and pre-painted coil, driven through a 1-inch chain drive off a 4 kW main motor, with a separate 4 kW hydraulic pump station for the cut-off.
Wired for South Africa — Built to 380–415V, 3-phase, 50Hz so it connects to a standard South African industrial supply. No step-up transformer and no rewiring on arrival.

Contact us with your panel profiles to confirm your order. Price is subject to exchange rate at time of invoice.
Price is for one complete three-deck machine delivered to a single address in Johannesburg, with sea freight, customs clearance and import duties already included — there is nothing further to pay on arrival. Delivery elsewhere in South Africa is quoted separately.
Two-layer option. The same machine built with two forming decks instead of three is approximately R 50,000 less. Everything else — frame, control system, rollers, decoilers and warranty — stays the same.
Profiles. You choose the profiles the machine is built for — corrugated, trapezoidal / IBR, or a combination. Send us your panel drawings, or the sheet profiles you currently stock, and the rollers are cut to match.
Before it ships. We inspect the machine at the factory in China before it leaves, run your profiles and check the measurements. Photos and video are sent to you through the build. This is included in the price.
Installation and commissioning. An experienced technician can travel to your site to install and commission the machine and train your operators. This is arranged separately at cost — flights, visa, accommodation, meals and expenses, plus USD 150 per day.
Power supply. The machine is built to 380–415V, 3-phase, 50Hz for South African conditions. Please confirm your available supply when placing the order.
Warranty. 12 months on the complete machine from date of order, with ongoing technical support for the life of the machine.

Estimated lead times are indicative only. As an import order, Storm media is not responsible for
delays caused by production, freight, customs or any party outside our control, and late delivery
does not entitle the buyer to cancellation or compensation. Import orders are placed to order —
deposits and payments are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. While every
effort is made to ensure accuracy, Storm media accepts no liability for typographical errors, pricing
errors or specification changes by the manufacturer. Prices are subject to the exchange rate at the
time of invoice.
Coil, Profiles & Cladding
Coil it runs: 0.3–0.8 mm, which covers the two gauges South African
roofing runs on — 0.47 mm and 0.5 mm — in galvanised, Chromadek, Zincalume,
Colorplus and plain aluzinc coil.
Profiles off the three decks: corrugated, IBR and trapezoidal, changed over on
the same line. Widespan and concealed-fix profiles of the Klip-Lok type need their own roll set —
send us the profile drawing and we will quote a machine built to it rather than sell you one that
cannot roll it.
What it is used for: roof cladding, wall cladding and side cladding for
agricultural and industrial buildings, and for steel merchants and roofing manufacturers rolling
to order. Trademarks named above belong to their respective owners and are listed only to show
which coil the machine runs.
Why It Costs Less
Bought straight from the factory in China rather than through a local distributor, which is why the landed price sits well under the equivalent machine on a South African showroom floor. One delivered price — freight, duty, VAT and clearing included — with a 2-year warranty and no import admin on your side.
Roll formers go to steel merchants and roofing manufacturers across the region. At roughly 8 tons this ships by sea and moves overland from Durban, so we quote the inland leg to Gauteng, to Gaborone and Francistown over the Trans-Kalahari, to Windhoek, and to Harare or Maputo as part of one delivered price. Namibia and Botswana sit inside SACU with South Africa, so nothing you buy from us picks up a second round of customs duty on the way through. Mozambique and Zimbabwe clear separately and we build that into the delivered price.
