• No mass production starts without your written approval of the supplied samples. Once your deposit is received, the factory produces first-off samples for approval; only on written acceptance of the samples (after you have inspected, run your tests and confirmed they meet specification) will mass production begin.
• Storm media will visit the factory during your order to inspect the production setup, verify the product is being manufactured to your technical requirements, and confirm packing before container loading.
• Our Chinese based agent (with whom Storm media has worked for many years) handles ongoing factory-level quality oversight, any discussion and additional factory visits as required throughout the production run.
• Test certificates and quality inspection reports are supplied with every shipment, and random batch inspection will be conducted before container loading.
• The product will be delivered to your nominated address in South Africa, in spec, and as agreed.
Scraper rope goes to mines and contractors across the Southern African copperbelt and platinum belt. Beyond South Africa we deliver into Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique, with test certificates travelling with every drum. Namibia and Botswana sit inside SACU with South Africa, so nothing you buy from us picks up a second round of customs duty on the way through. Mozambique and Zimbabwe clear separately and we build that into the delivered price.
This is just one of the products we import from China to South Africa. Need a different specification, a higher capacity, or another machine entirely? Tell us what you're after and we'll source it and quote you a full door-to-door price.
