• No mass production starts without your written approval of the supplied samples. Once your deposit is received, the factory produces first-off samples for approval; only on written acceptance of the samples (after you have inspected, run your tests and confirmed they meet specification) will mass production begin.
• Storm media will visit the factory during your order to inspect the production setup, verify the product is being manufactured to your technical requirements, and confirm packing before container loading.
• Our Chinese based agent (with whom Storm media has worked for many years) handles ongoing factory-level quality oversight, any discussion and additional factory visits as required throughout the production run.
• Test certificates and quality inspection reports are supplied with every shipment, and random batch inspection will be conducted before container loading.
• The product will be delivered to your nominated address in South Africa, in spec, and as agreed.
