A desktop pill counting machine built for pharmacy and dispensary work. Infrared multi-point induction and a centrifugal rotary table hold 99.9% accuracy at up to 600 pieces a minute, with three dispensing modes — single dose, multi dose and inventory — on a digital keypad and LED display. It counts pills, tablets and capsules up to 9,999 pieces at a time. At just 3.5 kg it lifts with one hand and sits on the counter beside the till, which is what makes it the practical choice for pharmacies, dispensaries, clinics and smaller supplement manufacturers across South Africa. Counting at volume instead? The SM002 runs 300–800 a minute.
English Manual & Setup Video Included — the machine ships with a full English operating manual and a setup video walking through installation and first run. Some control panels carry the original Chinese legends alongside the English ones, so the manual maps every button and setting — you are not left guessing at a keypad.
Infrared Multi-Point Induction — Advanced infrared sensor array detects and counts each individual pill or tablet as it passes through, ensuring consistent 99.9% accuracy regardless of tablet shape or size.
Centrifugal Rotary Table — Rotating disc uses centrifugal force to separate and feed items individually through the counting sensor — no jams, smooth continuous operation up to 600 particles per minute.
Three Dispensing Modes — Single dose mode for individual patient packs, multi dose mode for batch dispensing, and inventory mode for stock counting — all selectable from the digital keypad.
Compact & Portable — At just 3.5 kg and 315 × 275 × 170 mm, the machine sits easily on any dispensary counter. Dual voltage (110–220V) makes it universally compatible across South Africa.

Comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of order. No service or maintenance plan is included at this stage, so if something goes wrong that the warranty doesn't cover, we'll need to look at the machine first and then give you a price for the repair. That said, these are heavy-duty machines and we haven't had any faults with them.

Machines go to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town, and across the border to Windhoek and Walvis Bay in Namibia, Gaborone in Botswana, Maputo and Beira in Mozambique, and Harare and Bulawayo in Zimbabwe. Namibia and Botswana sit inside SACU with South Africa, so a machine moving on from us does not attract a second round of customs duty. Every machine is quoted at one delivered price with freight, duty and clearing included, and carries the same 12-month warranty wherever it lands.
