Professional 200 gsm 2/2 twill carbon fibre prepreg with a toughened, halogen-free, medium-temperature epoxy resin system pre-impregnated into a balanced bi-directional weave. Suitable for vacuum-bag-only (out-of-autoclave) processing or in-autoclave cure. Designed for UAV fuselages, aerospace auxiliary components, lightweight structural parts and high-performance composite tooling — imported from China to South Africa with door-to-door delivery anywhere in SA.

Key Features

  • Pre-Impregnated Epoxy — Toughened, halogen-free, medium-temperature epoxy resin (Dicyandiamide + Imidazole accelerator) is already infused at 42% ±3% — no separate resin, no mess. Gel time 15 ± 3 min at 120 °C.
  • Vacuum Bag or Autoclave — Cures fully in vacuum bag at 120 °C / 90 min, or autoclave at 135 °C / 60 min under 0.6 MPa. Compatible with low-cost OOA workflows and high-quality structural laminates.
  • High-Strength PAN Fibre — 12K continuous PAN-based high-strength carbon yarn in a balanced 2/2 twill weave. Cured tensile strength ≥630 MPa, flexural ≥720 MPa, short-beam shear ≥88 MPa — equal warp and weft properties.
  • Long Shelf Life — 6 months ambient at 23 °C, up to 12 months frozen at -18 °C. Each roll ships sealed under blue PE release film with COC certificate, batch traceability and 76 mm kraft core packaging.
