Woven patches — flat, fine-detail patches that reproduce small text and intricate logos more crisply than embroidery.
TPU patches — screen-printed high-frequency patches with sharp, full-colour detail and a smart raised finish. A discreet weight can be moulded into the back so the patch sits flat and correctly on the uniform.

We offer full bulk manufacturing of patches to your own artwork, and we are set up for large government, police, military and security uniform contracts as well as smaller custom runs. Every order is quoted per design. Your price depends on the patch type (embroidered, PVC, woven, TPU, PU or silicone), the size, number of colours, backing and how many you need — and the more you order, the lower the price per patch.

Sample first: before any bulk run we produce a digital proof and a physical sample, so you can see and feel exactly what you are getting and approve it before we go ahead.

Then bulk: once you approve the sample, bulk production runs (about 20–25 working days) and your patches are shipped by air freight (about 10–12 working days) or by sea, delivered door to door and customs cleared, anywhere in South Africa and across Africa. We give you the full delivered price and lead time up front, with no supplier hunting and no surprises at customs.

We manufacture in bulk to your approved artwork and sample. Minimum order quantities are set per patch type and are low for custom work, and per-patch pricing drops as quantities rise. Production runs about 20–25 working days; air freight adds about 10–12 working days, with sea freight available for larger orders. Final lead time and delivered price are confirmed with your quote and depend on the patch type, size, quantity and chosen freight method.

Terms & Conditions

Estimated lead times are indicative only. As an import order, Storm media is not responsible for delays caused by production, freight, customs or any party outside our control, and late delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancellation or compensation. Import orders are placed to order, so deposits and payments are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Custom products are made to your approved sample and artwork. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Storm media accepts no liability for typographical errors, pricing errors or specification changes by the manufacturer. Prices are subject to the exchange rate at the time of invoice.

Delivered Across Southern Africa

We ship bulk patch orders across Southern Africa, not only South Africa. Deliveries go door to door to Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town, and across the border to Windhoek and Walvis Bay in Namibia, Gaborone and Francistown in Botswana, Maputo and Beira in Mozambique, and Harare and Bulawayo in Zimbabwe. Namibia and Botswana sit inside SACU with South Africa, so stock moving on from us does not attract a second round of customs duty. Mozambique and Zimbabwe clear separately and we build that into the delivered price. We already run uniform and insignia orders for police and defence buyers in the region.
