Yes. Storm media acts as importer of record using our SARS Customs Code. You don't need your own import licence, customs code or specialist knowledge. We handle all SARS documentation, duty and import VAT, ITAC permits where required, and full compliance end-to-end. You receive the goods and one clear invoice.
We focus on established businesses importing at commercial scale — typically orders from 1 CBM upwards, and businesses placing recurring or container-scale orders. Best suited to companies where import is a real part of the operation: manufacturers sourcing inputs, wholesalers and retailers stocking lines, resellers, and tender/contract suppliers. We're not geared to one-off, very small personal orders.
We quote each shipment as one all-in landed cost — product, freight, customs duty, import VAT and delivery — so you know your true cost before committing. Sea freight is quoted DDP where possible, bundling duty and import VAT into one figure. For recurring or high-volume programmes we agree volume terms upfront. No surprise charges on arrival; the number quoted is the number you pay (plus standard 15% output VAT on our invoice, which VAT-registered businesses reclaim).

Sourcing is included when we also handle your freight and customs, so there's no separate sourcing-agent fee.
